I needed some cheerful colours for my page this time and was pleased to have some stickers saying hello and sunshine which are part of the lyrics. I have had the sun die cut for many years so I'm glad to be able to use it here.
I chose my verse from the Amplified version of the Bible. It really does make a difference when we can spend those first moments of each day with the Lord and this song and scripture has encouraged me to wait and listen to what He has to say.
Again I have created two pages , one for the scripture and one for the lyrics.

Hi Susan! This is such a bright and lovely card. Thanks SO MUCH for sharing it in our challenge this week. It's always such a blessing to have you play along with us.
ReplyDeleteI just LOVE Mandisa. I fell in love with her on American Idol, and have been buying her CDs ever since. She is such an awesome singer. Thanks for sharing this. I hope it makes everyone who sees it fall in love with her music as much as I love it (and obviously you do too).
Hugs,
Karen

ReplyDeleteVery bright and a cheerful card! The floral pp is so beautiful and the scalloped square adds to the beauty of the Scripture. Love those words on the second card. Will brighten up any day! :)
ReplyDeleteGood to see what you've been up to with this latest challenge. Making these bright and cheery pages must have lifted your spirit ...like the dawn chorus each day birds singing in the darkness to bring in the light Hallelujah. well done friend
