Hymn and Scripture Challenge CHRIST AROSE

I am being introduced to so many beautiful hymns through this challenge! I have never sung this hymn before but I love the words and the music. I encourage you to hop over to Patters blog and read her wonderful post about the hymn.
As Patter said we should be relying on Christ's resurrection power every day!

Papermania paper Boofle collection
Wild Orchid Crafts flowers
Sizzix butterfly die
Quickutz alphabet die
Martha Stewart leaf punch

I am linking this page to this weeks challenge at

Hope to be back soon with the next hymn , one I know this time!
Thanks so much for visiting.

  1. So beautiful, Susan! I love the clarity of the blue and white page! Such pretty flowers and butterflies! I often think of placing an order with Wild Orchid Crafts...or the "other" one! lol Maybe one of these days! I like the way you inked up the flowers to match! I hafta say I love the name "Boofle" it really makes me chuckle! haha
Thanks for your sweet comment about my card...and my blog! You're the first one to say anything about the new blog design, and I've really been wanting some input! I appreciate you, Susan!
Hope your day is full of BLESSINGS!...Nancy :o)

  2. This really is beautiful, and so glorifying to God. What a blessing that He arose. There's no greater news, and thanks for sharing His love through this beautiful art. We're so blessed to have you play along with us at Word Art Wednesday. You make the challenges fun by participating and sharing your love for Him trough your art. Thanks so much for the encouragement through beautiful art.
I'd also love to have you stop by my personal blog and become a follower there. I have "followed" you, and hope you're OK with that. I love having new followers, and look forward to your visit.
Thanks again for playing along with us!
